Before, During, and After Class
Stay Hydrated
Bring your favorite water bottle and fill up at our filtered water station before or after class.

Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before class so we can check you in and get you set up. If it’s your first time, try to come 10 minutes early so we can walk you through the Reformer and help you feel totally comfortable. If another class is still finishing, we ask that you enter quietly to keep the space peaceful.

Studio Etiquette & Gear
Pilates 636 is a shoe-free zone—please remove your shoes when you arrive and place them in the designated area. Grippy Pilates socks are highly recommended for safety, stability, and smooth movement. We kindly ask you to avoid wearing lotions, oils, or clothing with zippers, buckles, or embellishments that could damage the equipment.

Quiet the Noise
We’re all about tuning in and letting go. Please silence your phone before class begins so you—and everyone around you—can fully drop in and enjoy the experience.
